Verification Tiers
Each badge is awarded independently — a business can hold any combination of the tiers below.
Confirmed to be an operating, registered business with accurate contact and address information.
Produces the goods listed on its profile, confirmed through business documentation.
Authorized to distribute or resell products from manufacturers within its operating areas.
Holds a valid ISO certification (e.g. ISO 9001) confirmed through certificate submission.
Registered with relevant Philippine government agencies (DTI, SEC, PCAB, etc.).
How verification works
Verification badges help clients quickly assess the credibility of a business before reaching out. Here's exactly how a listing earns one.
Submit your documents
From your business dashboard, choose which badges you're applying for and upload the matching documents — business registration, ISO certificate, distributor agreement, and so on.
Our team reviews
A reviewer checks each document against the badge requirements. If anything is missing or unclear, we'll email you directly to request a resubmission.
Badges appear on your listing
Once approved, each badge appears on your public profile, in search results, and on category pages — no further action needed on your end.
Badges stay current
Certifications with expiry dates (like ISO) are periodically re-checked. We'll notify you before a badge is set to expire so you can renew it.
